Return Policy

If you are unhappy or disatisfied with your item, please follow the return policy and instructions below.

It is important once you receive your product that you check over the contents of your package immediately. We do not replace product after 30 days. Even if you do not immediately intend to use the program. You have 30 days from the day your item shipped to make the return.

All items must be returned in excellent to mint condition to receive full credit. The books cannot be written in, torn or damaged. The audio cds or CD-ROMs cannot be scratched, broken, cracked, damaged or used.

We accept returns that were purchased directly from The Learnables Company. If you purchased from another bookstore, company or distributor you must contact them for proper return of the product.

An invoice or a copy of the original invoice must accompany your order for a return to be accepted.

If you decide to return your recent purchase, The Learnables is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to package your items well so the products do not become damaged in transit. The Learnables is not responsible for damages that may occur from improper packaging. You may purchase additional insurance on packages from your carrier of choice.

Once a return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your credit card account for the amount of the product only. We do not refund postage and handling charges. Most credits are applied within 5 business days.

Exchanges and Discontinued Products

If you would like to exchange a language course for a different language or level within 30 days, you will be responsible for additional postage charges.

We do not accept a return or exchange of  an outdated program for a newer version. For example, if you have old cassettes please do not send the items to us for an exchange of a  new CD-ROM. Technology is continually changing and we attempt to keep up to date with all the new ideas and products of technology. Many times technology changes faster than we do. Therefore, we have had to discontinue products that are no longer relevant. If you are still interested about a discontinued product please contact us.

Manufacture Error or Defective Material

If you decide within 30 days that a CD or CD-ROM is defective, please call us at 1-816-765-8855 or contact us to receive proper instructions on how to return the items. We will evaluate the item and send a replacement if necessary.
